In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them in this section unless the context otherwise requires:

• "fa990" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operating under the domain fa990.io, including all products, services, games, and features offered therein.
• "Platform" means the fa990 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at fa990.io and its subdomains.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player upon completion of the fa990 registration process.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account without notice.

fa990 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for the rejection.

Each Player may hold only one active account on the fa990 Platform. If fa990 discovers that a Player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — fa990 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or casino play, and retain any funds held therein pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your fa990 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other individual to access or use your account. fa990 will treat all activity originating from your account as having been authorised by you.

fa990 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend your account for security reasons, for the purpose of conducting identity verification, or where unusual betting patterns have been detected. fa990 will endeavour to notify you of any such suspension via the contact details registered to your account.

fa990 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. fa990 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless fa990's support team has approved an alternative in writing.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals of any active bonus funds are not permitted. Only real-money balance that has met applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

• Bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed — whether through inside information, technical error, or any other means — will be voided and the relevant account reviewed.

Outright and tournament-winner markets (including BPL winner, IPL winner, T20 World Cup winner, and ICC Champions Trophy winner) are settled at the conclusion of the relevant tournament. If a tournament is abandoned or cancelled without a winner being determined, all outright bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific settlement rules have been published for that market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa990 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

All content on the fa990 Platform — including but not limited to the fa990 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of fa990 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the fa990 Platform without prior written authorisation from fa990.

Third-party game content available on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to fa990 for distribution. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of such content is a violation of the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa990 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from betting or casino play.
• Technical interruptions, service outages, or delays in the Platform.
• Errors in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances that are corrected prior to or at the time of settlement.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fa990's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, fa990 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the violation. fa990 will communicate the reason for closure and the disposition of any remaining funds in writing to the account holder's registered email address.

fa990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fa990 will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the fa990 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the fa990 Platform that cannot be resolved through fa990's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration. fa990's decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement, account management, or bonus eligibility shall be final unless a clear material error can be demonstrated.
